Had an idea for a character.

His name is Faro the Flesh Merchant, he used to be a handsome incubus, but he started using his shapeshifting powers to help humans who felt bad about their appearances. He doesn’t mind his new form because he loves helping humans reinvent themselves.

You can trade your unwanted body parts to him and he will give you new ones. 
He is like a walking character creation screen. He carries around unwanted body parts until he can find someone new who will love them.

Leprechaun: Ye’ve sought the wrong pot o’ gold, human! Now if ye wish to escape me magic, ye must complete THREE impossible tasks o’ me choosin’!

Me: (Braces self) Okay, hit me with ‘em.

Leprechaun: FIRST… Ye must properly put a fitted sheet on this king-sized bed… ON THE FIRST TRY!

Me: (recoils in horror, pauses) Wait, why do you have a king-sized—

Leprechaun: SECOND… ye must match the pairs to TWO HUNDRED SOCKS in yon laundry pile!

Me: ……

Leprechaun: AND THIRD… ye must wash this MOUNTAIN O’ DISHES wit’out breakin’ a single—

Me: (raises hand) Um, question – do you just need help with your chores or something?

Leprechaun: ……………….. (tears up suddenly) Look, Ah just need a wee break, we ‘ave twenty-six kids and they’re all monsters, ye know, metaphorically and a few literally, and Ah’m just SO strung out right now—

Me: (pats small shoulder) Hey, hey, it’s okay. How about I do those dishes while you put your feet up, huh? You can tell me about it later over toast.

Leprechaun: (sniffling) Thank ye, that’s very kind, and perhaps a spot o’ tea if ye can find the pot in this mess.

   Hotter take: Freddy doesn’t actually know. The rest of the gang took those mortal forms to fuck with people but they were so endeared by earnest want to solve mysteries and help people that they’re along for the ride. And hey if Shaggy gets bodyslammed hard enough that it should have snapped his spine and he gets up fine after who notices? And if Velma knows things that she shouldn’t know on occasion, things that would have been impossible to notice without some kind of foresight or omniscience- hey, just a coincidence right? And if Daphne conveniently has a medley of strange skills- hey, rich kids are weird, right? It’s not too far fetched for her to have a hobbyist interest fencing, boxing, ballroom dancing, knitting, sewing, modern and antique fashions, and whatever else is relevant to the case at hand.

   And as we all know Scooby Doo is canonically related to an elder god anyways.

🌟 Please read for context!

Idk how many people will actually see this but i decided to post it anyway

So recently Mark did a members livestream, where he just chatted a bit with us, and he said something that kinda struck me unexpectedly. Someone said they felt bad about themselves when Mark talked about how he kept himself motivated, working out and keeping himself busy with projects and such. So he started talking about how he used to not spend his days the best way when he was younger, and that its okay to not do so. I couldnt include everything thing he said word for word in the comic, so to just sum it up he talked about how its okay to not always work and be productive, its totally fine. He encouraged us to think about trying to spend our time the best way we could, but he also made sure to make it clear he wasnt shaming anyone for not spending their days "wisely" when he talked about staying in shape and working etc.

For me, who's been struggling quite alot the last years with what I want to do etc, the last few months have been pretty shitty, and these last days have been horrible, and I feel like im wasting my life away but im not sure how to do anything about it. So suddenly hearing Mark say that its okay to "waste" days and you dont always have to create and do your best with every day really hit me in the stomach. I kinda started sobbing, hearing those words really felt like some weight was taken off my shoulders. Idk. I wanted to do a lil comic about it. Hopefully it can remind you guys too that its okay to feel like youre wasting your time. Eventually you'll find what you want to do and you'll thrive doing it too. You have time, don't stress. Its gonna be okay !!
